My journey into conscious living and mindful craftsmanship began in my mid-twenties, when I first discovered my passion for carpentry and bespoke woodwork.
But it was through life’s challenges - navigating the heartbreak of separation and the unravelling of my family - that I truly found my purpose.
In the depths of that transformation, I turned to nature, cold water immersion, running, sonar rituals and earth wisdom - practices that became my medicine, restoring my body, mind and spirit in ways I never imagined.
They taught me the power of stillness, connection and healing through natural elements.
Combining my love for woodwork, mindfulness and well-being, Sacred Space Sauna was born - a dream come true.
It is my offering to the world: crafted with love and meticulous attention to detail, a space where mindful design meets soulful living.
